Internationally acclaimed ABT Studio Company (formerly ABT II), the junior company of the preeminent American Ballet Theatre, will perform at Transylvania University’s Mitchell Fine Arts Center for the public on Nov. 12 and for school audiences on Nov. 13. With a history dating back to 1970, the company has nurtured and launched the careers of countless professional dancers. Known for its rigorous training and diverse repertoire, ABT Studio Company performs both classical masterpieces and cutting-edge contemporary works, showcasing the versatility and artistry of its members.
ABT Studio Company’s visit to Transylvania’s Mitchell Fine Arts Center is a milestone cultural and educational event for the community, highlighting the arts center as central Kentucky’s new destination for dance.
