When Laura Daley graduated from Transylvania in 2018 with degrees in writing, rhetoric and communication and Spanish — along with a minor in creative writing — she wasn’t sure exactly where her career would take her. But she did know one thing: She wanted to make an impact.
A recent Transylvania graduate has become the school’s first esports alum to be offered a paid position in that fast-growing industry.
Transylvania recently launched a center to foster campus and community engagement along with a sense of belonging for all students.
Transylvania welcomes alumni back to campus next week for four days of fun events.
The event, held Feb. 13, secured a total of $543,299.51 in donations, the second-highest total in the event’s nine-year history.
