Campus Visit FAQ:

Q: How far in advance do I need to schedule my visit?
A: We will welcome your visit request at any time; however, please keep in mind that additional time may be necessary to customize your visit and accommodate any special requests.

Q: What should I do if I need to cancel my visit?
A: In the event that you need to cancel your visit, please contact the campus visit coordinator or call the admissions office at 859-233-8242.

Q: May I bring a friend?
A: Yes! Please let us know in advance and have your friend’s name and contact information available when arranging your visit.

Q: Are parents included?
A: Yes! For individual visits, parents often take the campus tour, go to lunch, and participate in the admissions appointments. While students are in class, we can arrange separate meetings for parents. If you are visiting overnight, we can recommend several nearby hotels for your parents, and then they can join you on campus the following day.

Q: Where should I park while visiting?
A: Visitor parking spots are reserved in the circular drive in front of the Glenn Building, where the admissions office is housed. Visitor parking is also available in Haupt Circle.  If those spots are taken, you may park in any of the general parking lots around campus. We'll send you a map and parking pass with your visit itinerary. Please use good judgment when parking on side streets to avoid getting a ticket.
