Transylvania University Presents: The Children’s Hour

Lucille C. Little Theater

In honor of Women’s History Month, Transy Theater presents Hellman’s controversial 1934 theatrical debut which erupted on Broadway but was shut down in cities including Boston, Chicago and London. When an unruly student weaponizes fear and misinformation, her schoolteachers Karen and Martha must fight to save their all-girls boarding school and themselves. A riveting exploration of shame, survival and the questions we ask (or reject)
