It’s nearly time to come together for Transy once more!
Transylvania University’s annual day of giving will take place on Thursday, Feb. 29 — Leap Day. On this day, the generosity of generations of Pioneers will help the university continue to provide an exceptional educational experience for tomorrow’s students.
Transy will be bringing back some fan-favorite challenges for the 2024 event, including the ever-popular Heart and Sole —aka the “sock challenge” — and On the Map, a chance to represent Pioneer pride in all 50 states.
Returning competitions provide another opportunity for organizations to have their day in the sun. Will field hockey be able to win Raf’s Race for the third consecutive year? Will Phi Mu and Alpha Omicron Pi continue to battle it out for the largest number of fraternity and sorority gifts, or will a new organization rise up to take their place? And will the very generous Class of 2025 have the most donors again this year in the Battle of the Classes?
