Ginna Hoben is an actor and writer based in Astoria, N.Y. She spent the last four years acting at The American Shakespeare Center (ASC) in Staunton, Va. Among the 19 plays she performed there, favorite roles include Kate in Taming of the Shrew, Guildenstern in Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, and Mary in her self-written solo play The Twelve Dates of Christmas. “Twelve Dates” had its world premiere at ASC in 2010.
Other notable credits include Ginna’s self-written solo show pierced!, directed by Tony Speciale (New York International Fringe Festival, 2002, and The Edinburgh Festival Fringe, 2004) and the world premiere of What Are You Afraid Of? (Humana Festival, Actors Theatre of Louisville).
