Selected students will join Citi\u2019s Early Career team to attend virtual workshops,\u00a0chats\u00a0with senior leaders, and network with business professionals.\u00a0\u200b<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>We want to hear from you if&#8230;<\/strong>\u200b<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are a first-year student currently enrolled\u00a0in\u00a0a\u00a0four-year\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s\u00a0degree program from an accredited US\u00a0institution\u200b,\u00a0or you are\u00a0first year\u00a0enrolled in community college planning to transfer to a four-year institution<\/li>\n<li>Have an expected graduation date of\u00a0Fall\u00a02028\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Spring\u00a02029\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who we think will be a great fit\u2026\u00a0<\/strong>\u200b<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students with a strong interest\u00a0in\u00a0financial services\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Students with a strong curiosity for learning and embracing new challenges and topics\u00a0\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Team players who are eager to collaborate and succeed with new colleagues and peers\u00a0\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Self-starters who\u00a0are excited\u00a0to\u00a0hone\u00a0their professional and personal growth\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This program is open to all first-year students regardless of major\/field of study. Students with limited exposure to financial services are also encouraged to apply.
