The Transylvania University Department of Public Safety (DPS) upholds professionalism, accountability, and integrity. This page provides access to the Citizen Compliment/Complaint Form for any member of the public or University community who wishes to commend a DPS employee or report a concern about DPS personnel or operations.
You may submit the form in person at the DPS Office (439 W. 4th St., Lexington, KY), electronically via the DPS website, or by emailing/mailing it to the Director of Public Safety/Chief of Police. Anonymous submissions are accepted; however, the ability to follow up may be limited. Retaliation for filing a good-faith complaint is prohibited under University policy.
