Rosenthal Complex

The apartment-style Warren W. Rosenthal Complex is available to upperclass students who are in good standing and have a minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average. This 42-unit apartment complex is designed for double occupancy. Each apartment has a private bath and a security alarm system for which the residents have a personal code. The Department of Public Safety monitors and responds to the security system.

The Rosenthal community is sociable while providing a quiet study environment for all students. Many residents have their own cookout equipment, and the complex is known for its cookouts and barbeque competitions. The Rosenthal commons building provides a fully furnished kitchen and a meeting place for residents, student organizations, and social programs. Across the sidewalk from the commons building is the laundry facility for the apartments and a vending area.

An apartment complex newsletter keeps residents current on community events and announces social opportunities. Residence Life programming in the area focuses on preparation for life after college and social community development. Residence Life staff members work with the Career Development Center to help students with their career and personal vocational decisions.

The amenities, strong community, and staff support make the Rosenthal Complex one of the most attractive places to live on campus.
