Poster Policy

Posters and flyers may be posted only on designated bulletin boards throughout the Campus Center. There are no public boards in the Campus Center. Posting is prohibited on any concrete, painted, wood or glass surface.

Given the temporary tabling restrictions due to COVID-19, the Office of Campus & Community Engagement will accept reservations for a prime poster or banner location within the Campus Center. Tabling typically entailed a planned occasion when students or volunteers would greet patrons walking by to engage them in their topic.   

Student organizations can submit requests to post a poster or banner no larger than 3’x3’. 

The posting must include: 

  • The organization’s name 
  • Website link or QR code for more information. 

Postings must follow guidelines that are outlined in the Student Handbook on page 34 (see below).

The posting can remain intact Monday-Friday and will need to be removed by 5 p.m. on the ending Friday.

Student organizations can post a flier in this space that is 8 ½”x 11”. 

The posting must include: 

  • The organization’s name 
  • Website link or QR code for more information. 

Postings must follow guidelines that are outlined in the Student Handbook on page 34 (see below).

The posting can remain intact Monday-Friday and will need to be removed by 5 p.m. on the ending Friday.
