In order to support the charitable efforts of our community, outreach, and regional stewardship, discounted fees may be established for external non-profit organizations, university outreach efforts, and regional stewardship events. 
*Half day refers to 5 hours or less **Full day refers to 5 hours or more 

Additional charges as needed

  • Early/Late Open (Outside of regular building hours)​ – ​$25 per hour
  • AV Tech on site – $25 per hour
  • Event/Building Manager on site – $25 per hour 

External Event Requirements

  • External groups must provide a minimum $1,000,000 Certificate of insurance with Transylvania University listed as an additional insurer. 
  • External groups must sign the Campus Center External Facilities Use Agreement provided by the Campus Center. 
  • An invoice will be sent to the external group no more than 30 days after the event date. 
  • Payments must be made no more than 60 days after the invoice has been sent.
