To make the most of your academic time, use this cycle to guide your studying. Start at Preview, and repeat the cycle as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preview<\/strong> \u2014 Skim the material, note main ideas, and see the big picture
Attend<\/strong> \u2014 Go to class! Take notes and ask questions
Review<\/strong> \u2014 Read notes, fill in any gaps, and form questions\u00a0
Study<\/strong> \u2014 Complete Study Sessions (instructions given down below) before class meets again
Check<\/strong> \u2014 Can I teach this? Are my study methods effective?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
