for certification programs will no longer be offered at Transy and are being phased out over the next 3 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No students entering Transy after Winter 2025 term will be able to major in the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Elementary Education: P-5 Certification, BA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Middle Grades Education: 5-9 Certification, BA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teaching Art, BA (P-12 Certification)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Music Education, BA (P-12 Certification)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teaching Chemistry, BA (8-12 Certification)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No students entering Transy after Winter 2025 term will be able to minor in the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Education Minor for P-12 Certification for French and Spanish<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Education Minor for Secondary Certification (8-12) for History\/Social Studies, English, Mathematics, Biology, and Physics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Students who enrolled prior to Winter 2025 will be able to pursue majors\/minors in these provided they declare the major\/minor no later than July 1, 2025.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To become certified to teach Mathematics, students must complete the <a href=\"\/academics\/program\/mathematics\/courses\/\">Mathematics Major<\/a>, in addition to the following for certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"
