Elementary Education majors are required to take PSY 1004 General Psychology, and American history course, and an English course beyond First-Year Research Seminar. Therefore, we recommend that the GE requirement for Humanities be addressed with an English course and that PSY 1004 be used to address the GE requirement for Social Sciences.

Elementary Education majors are encouraged to take Spanish for their Foreign Language requirement.
