Additionally, at the May meeting of the Board of Trustees, three alumni \u2014 Glen S. Bagby \u201966, Norwood \u201cBuddy\u201d Cowgill Jr. \u201965 and Ann O. Breeze \u201969<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A dedicated professional in the financial services industry since 1981, Breeze is also a proud Transylvania alumna and former teacher. She has been recognized for her leadership and community service with honors including the Small Business Administration\u2019s Women Business Advocate of the Year and Financial Service awards. She also served on a Gov. Croft Jr. \u201902<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Croft is a highly accomplished litigator and business leader with extensive experience in the insurance and retail industries. He currently serves as associate vice president and assistant general counsel, defensive litigation at Humana Inc. and previously served as director, corporate counsel \u2013 litigation at Starbucks Corporation. A double major in political science and theater from Transylvania, Croft also holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Over his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to community service. She has also been actively involved in community boards focused on health care and cancer awareness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.transy.edu\/1780\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2025\/06\/sauer.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25206\" style=\"width:124px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.transy.edu\/1780\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2025\/06\/sauer.jpeg 400w, https:\/\/www.transy.edu\/1780\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2025\/06\/sauer-350x263.jpeg 350w, https:\/\/www.transy.edu\/1780\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2025\/06\/sauer-300x225.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-chris-sauer-95\"><strong>Chris Sauer \u201995<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With experience spanning corporate finance, nonprofit leadership and government service, Sauer is currently involved with the Bowery Residents\u2018 Committee in New York City and serves as president of the Lake Wesauking Association and the Lake Wesauking Conservancy. He holds degrees from Transylvania, the University of Michigan and Columbia Business School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, following multiple years of service on the Board of Trustees, Bagby, Cowgill and Windley will continue their service as lifetime trustees.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe extend our deepest gratitude to Glen,
