This lecture is free and open to the public. Fotion is the author of numerous books and articles dealing with ethics, both medical and military, as well as terrorism. Fotion has presented papers at many national conferences and given lectures at universities including the University of Melbourne in Australia, the University of Ryazan and the Golitsino Education Center in Russia, the University of KwaZulu in South Africa and the United States Military Academy at West Point.
