The Pew Research Center has defined this group, ages 18 to 29, as \u201cthe American teens and 20-somethings currently making the passage into adulthood.\u201d They tend to be\u00a0 confident, self-expressive, liberal, upbeat and receptive to new ideas and ways of living. <strong>The exhibit opens\u00a0 Tuesday, January 17, and runs through Friday, February 10.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe 12 artists chosen for the exhibition represent nine states and every\u00a0 region of the U. S. They are primarily in their mid-20s and submitted work in a variety of two- and three-dimensional media.
