Transylvania students and faculty traveled to Egypt during the 2019 May term.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Although the pandemic has recently prevented international travel, the Office of Global and Intercultural Engagement is cautiously optimistic for the future. While we are excited to promote our future program offerings, please note that all programs are \u201cpandemic permitting,\u201d as student health and safety is our top priority. We are monitoring the situation closely, following all health guidelines and heeding the State Department travel warning system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having said that, we are excited to announce the schedule for the 2020 Transylvania Study Abroad Fair! We realize the importance of international educational experiences, and when it is safe to travel internationally again we want our students to be ready. Due to concerns and regulations surrounding COVID-19, we are bringing this fair to you virtually from Tuesday, Sept. 8, through Thursday, Sept. 17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By attending the fair, students can meet with representatives of a variety of program providers, May term travel course faculty, study abroad peer ambassadors<\/a> and the Office of Global and Intercultural Engagement<\/a> to learn more about having a rewarding experience abroad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
