Transylvania is known for its unique traditions and legacies. But it’s the personal transformation—the journey that leads Pioneers to their true path—that may be the most important tradition of all.
More than 200 graduates crossed the stage in front of the university’s iconic Old Morrison administration building to receive their Bachelor of Arts degrees, while family and friends celebrated their many accomplishments.
Graduating seniors can benefit from the illumination of professors and alumni who have been there before—and are more than happy to pass on the light.
Transylvania University Board of Trustees has named Dr. John Norton Williams Jr. interim president beginning Aug. 15, 2019.
The university will celebrate 229 of its graduating seniors as they embark on their new lives beginning Saturday morning, May 25 at 9 a.m. on Old Morrison’s lawn.
