Donations made today — the last day of Transylvania’s giving year — will help make dreams become a reality for Pioneers like rising senior Trize Gipson.
Workers next week plan to remove a decaying American beech and bring in truckloads of soil and sod to regrade the slope in the area and hold the dirt in place. A similar tree will later be planted on Transylvania’s campus.
