Thanksgiving message from Transylvania President Brien Lewis

Fall is always a busy and energizing time on our campus. From admissions events and faculty searches to alumni gatherings, community partnerships and student success efforts, this season has brought steady momentum across campus. With the arrival of Thanksgiving break, many of us are ready for a moment of rest, and I hope that during this week, you can spend meaningful time with the people you love and find space to reflect on the many gifts this season offers, even amid the busyness of the end of the term.

As I look back on the fall, I am filled with gratitude for the many members of our Transylvania community who make this university a place of learning, growth and opportunity for our students. Our dedicated faculty and staff, our engaged alumni and our Lexington neighbors and partners all contribute to a vibrant and supportive environment. Our greatest strength is, and will always be, the people who choose to be part of this community.

I wish you a warm, restorative and joyful Thanksgiving.
