Transylvania student creates family abroad

On this Veterans Day 2019, 75 years after the end of World War II, we remember Jack G. Adair ’45, the Transylvanians who have served in the military across the years, and the military members whose training began on the college’s campus and who, for a brief time, shared our company.
Each year the Transylvania Environmental Action League hosts a vegetarian Thanksgiving dinner. It’s the biggest event of the year for the busy group, which is one of the largest and most active student-run organizations on campus.
Transylvania University once again will be well represented at the annual Kentucky Book Festival.
