Thank you for your interest in the services provided by the Career Development Center. Our goal is to develop a relationship with your son or daughter that will extend through four years at Transylvania and continue after graduation. We offer a wealth of career services and resources that will help your student develop professionally and will complement the excellent academic preparation they receive in the classroom.
Our services are voluntary. Every student visits our office during the Academic Career Skills course required of first-year students, but they are not required to visit us again. You can help by encouraging your student to meet with us before their senior year. The Frequently Asked Questions section provides information to help you talk to your student about a career.
We are excited about the opportunity to work with your student!Sincerely,
Transylvania University admits students regardless of age, race, color, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, national origin, or any other classification protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.
