Susan M. Rayer, MBA, Director
Susan is a native West Virginian, but has been a Lexington resident for
many years. She received an undergraduate degree in marketing and an MBA from Marshall
University in Huntington, West Virginia, and has a strong background professional
development. Susan maintains relationships
with many companies and organizations throughout Lexington and the bluegrass
region.
She is a resource for networking and job searching, and coordinates the internship
program.
Michael J. Cronk, MS, NCC, Assistant
Director
Michael is a native of upstate New York.
Michael received a bachelor of arts from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York, and
a master's in college counseling from Plattsburgh State University of New York.
He is trained in both counseling and college student development, and enjoys working
with students to help them understand their purpose both at Transy and beyond.
Michael coordinates the career counseling program and can help you determine
your path and decide on a major.
