Susan is a native West Virginian, but has been a Lexington resident for many years. She received an undergraduate degree in marketing and an M.B.A. from Marshall University in Huntington, W. Va., and has a strong background in professional development. Susan maintains relationships with many companies and organizations throughout Lexington and the Bluegrass region.
Susan is a resource for networking and job searching, and she coordinates the internship program.
Michael Cronk, Assistant Director 

Michael began his career at Transylvania in 2003 after working as a counselor at Augusta State University in Georgia. Michael has a master's degree in college counseling from SUNY Plattsburgh and is a National Certified Counselor. His undergraduate degree in philosophy and economics is from St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y., where he was Phi Beta Kappa and inducted into the Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Society.
Michael offers help with career counseling, résumé reviews, interviewing skills, and graduate school.

Nancy began her employment with Transylvania in February 2011. She was the former human resources liaison for the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. Nancy holds a B.A. in social work from the University of Kentucky and is currently pursuing her M.S.W. in clinical social work at UK.
Nancy can provide assistance with scheduling appointments and ensuring students obtain answers to questions regarding services offered through the Career Development Center.
