Frequently Asked Questions
- Do you have to pay a deposit for each child you are enrolling for each different
session you are enrolling in?
Yes. For example, if you are enrolling two children in the first session, and one of the children will attend the second session as well, your total deposits due would total $255.00 ($85 per child/per session) - It's been several weeks since I sent my application in and I haven't received
anything.
Because our applications are sent out through a bulk mailing company, the time frame for our customers to receive the mailing varies. You may receive your mailing right away, while others you know don't receive their mailing for another week. We will make every attempt to process applications in a prompt manner. Please be patient. - My child is only six, can I still enroll him/her in All-Sports Camp?
Coach will make all decisions regarding camp exceptions. Please phone (859) 233-8153 between 9 a.m. and noon, Monday-Friday. - My child is getting too old for camp. Can he/she still attend?
Children who are at least 14 years of age may be eligible for Counselor-In-Training Camp. - My child is on medication. Can it be distributed by camp staff?
Yes. Bring your child's medication and notify your child's counselor upon arriving. We will do our best to accommodate you. - Can I sign my children up to be in the same group as their friends?
