Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar staff is available to assist students, alumni and faculty with a variety of services. We maintain timely and accurate academic records and assist with registration, degree requirements, transcripts, credit transfer and enrollment verification. The registrar’s office also handles applications for readmission to Transylvania and applications from non-degree students.

All current and former students are entitled to efficient and responsive treatment and to complete access to their academic records.

If you need a transcript from Transylvania University, please visit the Transcript Request page and follow the instructions indicated. All transcripts must be requested either in writing or electronically via TNet or the National Student Clearinghouse.

For a course description from an earlier catalog, please call 859-233-8116 or email Ashley Coons.

This office is guided by the ethical standards and policies of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO).
