PS 3254 – International Law

This is an advanced course dealing with the concepts and problems of international law. It covers major topics in the field, including: the sources and subjects of international law; the jurisdiction of states; the use of force; and the relationship between international and domestic law. It will also address more contemporary themes such as: economic law; environmental law; and international criminal law. Prerequisite: FYS 1104 and PS 2194. IV
