Transylvania's campus bookstore is located in the new Glenn Building on Old Morrison Circle. The store is privately operated and offers a wide selection of textbooks, school and art supplies, general interest books, greeting cards, and Transylvania merchandise—from tee shirts to coffee mugs to framed prints.

The lower level of the bookstore is connected to the Frances Carrick Thomas / J. Douglas Gay Jr. Library.
