The building at 421 N. Broadway houses the offices for the study abroad program on the second floor and the physical plant on the first floor. Visitors can enter the building during regular business hours through the rear entrance.
Transylvania's buildings and grounds are maintained by the physical plant staff. Members of the campus community can submit a Physical Plant Work Request, a convenient web-based form, whenever a repair or service is required in a residence hall, classroom, office, or other campus location.
The study abroad office includes a resource library for students who want to research study abroad opportunities, as well as meeting areas for consultation with the dedicated staff. Students can also pick up passport and visa applications in the office and discuss other travel requirements. The second-floor hallway serves as a gallery for winners of the annual study abroad photo contest.
Transylvania University admits students regardless of age, race, color, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, national origin, or any other classification protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.
